I'm on my 2nd year of pool ownership with a TON of experience. Last spring after figuring out that all the pool companies were booked solid, I found the worst pool company ever. They worked hard when they were here, but they faltered many times ... had a green pool twice by the end of May 2020. SO... I resolved to figure out the whole thing myself. And to my surprise, I loved it. Loved the chemistry and the pride of a job well done after much learning about algae, chlorine (free, and bound by Cyanuric acid), and am back to being the pool boy again this year. New pebble plaster this year and more experience with "the best" pool company in town led me to understand I'm better than the folks who don't seem to have enough time given their increased workloads due to the pandemic.
