Just about to close on a house with a pool. I'm first time pool owner and a bit nervous about the task at hand but looking forward to maintaining it on my own and using TFC as resource. Pool & spa built in 2008 and the inspector said it was about 22k gallon fresh water pool. Just bought the TF-100 test kit and excited to get this going. Any early tips would be welcomed!
