Hi! I have a rental property with a RayPak propane heater. I need to be able to turn on the pool heater before the guests arrive. Which solutions do you folks recommend? Bonus would be to monitor the propane use. I have a wireless tank monitor but that's not very accurate. It's difficult to calculate propane bills for guests as the pool heat is optional. Thanks!

Have you looked at automation? Most automation systems have a web/phone interface. Like iAqualink. As far as propane, best thing is if you have internet at the propane tank, put in a web camera.
