I bought a used house with a small pool that was installed by the original owner in 2007. I love it! While I've rented houses with pools before, this is first time I've owned a pool and I'm glad to have found TFP.
The pool originally had a SWG, but it was removed at some point. All other equipment appears original.
It has an A&A Floor Cleaning System. This seems to work well for about 85% of the pool floor, but there are a few corners where debris collects. Might need some sort of vacuum, as I haven't been able to scoop it off the bottom with a pole and net. (Suggestions welcome!)
The pool has a PebbleTec finish. First time I've experienced this, and I'm not a fan. Rough surface with a very dark blue color. Loose pebbles and beads that get all the way to the filter.
