How are you testing ?

We can't measure TA or CH that specifically with our tests, nor would one need to.

First and foremost……WELCOME TO TFP!

May I ask a few really quick and odd questions? First, what was your water source when refilling the pool? Second, can you explain the green color and how it occurred? Did this color change occur like instantly when adding the chlorine? Lastly, is there any way you maybe still have a few Baquacil strips laying around?

I’m actually kinda shocked, but let’s see one finial thing. For giggles, can you test the water using one of the strips? I’d love to see if the Sanitizer level is still high from Baquacil.

Maybe the greenish was the last hoorah of the baqua? Keep raising fc to 15ppm as often as you can.
Follow the steps outlined in the article
Your
PoolMath logs are empty so its hard to see the progression since the fc losses tell the tale after the color changing show is over.

not sure I understand how to post the pool math numbers.
Home from work and FC and TC were zero.
Got it back up to FC 15
PH 7.6
TA 240 ( not sure, a touch of color blindness)
TH 50
CYA 20
Water is pretty clear.

The ta won’t change much so you don’t need to keep re testing it right now.
In poolmath you’re only logging your additions.
Next time try this before changing anything in the overview cards

Upgrade for $7. It's for the *year* and worth every penny. Not only does it save all your logs so you can see trends and/or when it started going south, but we can see them too. Many times we'll spot something you didn't, and have you nip it in the bud.
Ignore TC entirely. The answer of 7 (for example) is irrelevant. It could be 6 FC and 1 CC, or 3 FC and 4 CC. The components are everything and tell the story that matters.
