Just moved into a house with an older but very nice concrete pool. I am not real satisfied with knowledge or quality of work from local companies. Had to use them this year because of such little time. But I plan to become self sufficient next year, and will thank everyone in advance for taking the time to look over my future and current (just placed one on closing) questions and provide input when able. I have already gained a tremondous amount of knowledge from this site, and hope to be able to give back as my experience and expertise grows.

Taking control of your pool is not only rewarding personally as a pool owner, but also satisfying to know that everything you do chemically is spot-on. No waste, no fuss, no questions. If you don't already have a TF-100 or Taylor K-2006C test kit, I'd make that a priority for next season for sure. I recommend the TF-100 with the speedstir. See Test Kits Compared

Whenever you have water questions, we'll look for valid test results from either kit and be able to help coach you from there. Make sure to review our ABCs of Pool Water Chemistry and let us know if you have any questions.
