I love these forums and have officially joined the madness. We are about to kick off a new pool build as an owner builder. We have put a year into designing and redesigning our pool. This will be the first pool we have owned ourselves so will definitely need help with the startup and testing later. We have already paid for the engineering and are currently putting together our permit package for the city. I have been getting bids for all the trades, but these contractors are hard to find. Lots of cold calling and asking other contractors to recommend the others. If you know plumbers who do this type of work in Orange or Seminole County let me know as that is the one trade I can't get multiple quotes. I look forward to sharing my experiences and pictures with you all going forward.
