Heater Tipped During Delivery

The box on my heater has two tip-n-tell indicators to show if it was tipped (see photos). The guy delivering it had it close to horizontal on the dolly trying to pull it through the grass. The indicator now shows it was tipped. Do you think there’s anything to be worried about?

That barely looks like it was tipped that badly. I'd be more concerned if it looks like this.
I kind of thought the same thing, but mine does look similar to the example provided on the box. Just curious if there is anything to be concerend about. They are not installing it today, so it has time to sit upright (not sure if it's similar to a refridgerator).

If the indicator is like that because of the delivery guy moving it on the dolly, it’s probably fine
