Heater not working

Curious if anyone has any tips on how to get this addressed? Basically compressor isn't running (won't click on). I haven't been able to find ANYONE to look at it, aside from the manufacturer (for $$$).

I'm not well versed in the electrical to try anything myself...

Likely either the start capacitor or the contactor needs replacement.

You will need to pay someone for a service call.

Did you try the company you call when your AC goes out?

I've been lucky enough to NOT have to call an AC person as of yet - looks like I'll have to have the company send their person out.
