Heater Maintenance?

I have a 266 Electronic Raypack Heater. Every year, I just drain the water from the heater when closing and it fires up just fine in the spring. It is about 5-6 years old and has never given me an problem. Does this heater require any type of regular maintenance?

I know I had to clean the burners on my gas heater, they’d built up some gunk from whatever getting in there and weren’t burning cleanly... was actually causing a CO issue.
