We turned on our heater on our new build for the first time today. We set the spa to 102 and it’s gone up to 105 twice now. I have the manual downloaded and will re-read it but anything quick and obvious that I’m missing?

Make a warranty claim.
The heater manual says the maximum water temperature is 104F and temperatures over that are not safe.
Have your Pool Builder and Jandy correct the problem so you have a safe pool heater.
