Heat Pump Pipes on the bottom froze and cracked

How do I remove the silver coil shell around my Hayward HeatPro Heat Pump 140,000 BTU - W3HP21404T? Got the front off.
I need to get to the bottom PVC pipes and replace one elbow and the middle PVC part. I have all screws removed and the top fan off. Is this even possible? I disconnected it from the main pool line, and it is completely removable as one whole piece.
