I wanted to adjust my returns, and looks like I have Hayward Hydrostream Directional Flow. Are these adjustable? They look like this one, but in Grey.

You can unscrew them from the wall and you will see how the eyeball is a separate adjustable piece or you can put the handle of a screwdriver into the opening for some leverage and you should be able to move and point the opening in different directions.
