hayward vs omni and smart relay

good morning all so we just changed out all of pool equipment to the following

hayward vs omni 700 super pump vs
hayward swim clear
hayward aquarite 940
recently new hayward gas heater

so got the omni hub and all the above working great, just got around to Installing the hayward smart relay as it was going to be used to control the 2 pool lights. so got thaf hooked up but doesn't seem to be working , no relay or anything new shows up in the app or online . once power is applied the remote light goes to red for couple seconds then goes to green , the relay light does nothing . if I press the manual on/off button the green light will blink think 2-3x then goes back to steady green but the lights don't come on . tried reaching out to hayward but they take forever it seems , tried looking for something online about the relay operation but no luck so hoping maybe someone here has one of these working so I can find out what the indicator lights should be showing and how to get it to show up in the app

played around bit last night , as soon as power is applied when the remote led is red if I press the on off button quick I can manually turn lights on amd if so relay light goes green and then remote light goes green as well, but then the manual button won't turn on or off the lights they jsut stay on . And still not seeing the relay show up in the app or anything to do with lights
