Hayward T5 Salt at Zero

I've read a bunch of these and think my cell is dead. Weird thing is that mine will not allow me to assign a cell type. Bought house 4 years ago and had to replace board twice from lightning. Bought last board off Amazon and it's worked fine since. Salt count off by a few hundred but that's been the norm for it.

Salt suddenly dropped to 700 then zero. I have 31.7v at the terminals per instructions I found on this site.
Basically, since my board appears to be wrong or something (no cell type) I need to know if I should just replace everything or just get a new cell and rock on. Thanks so much!

Salinity is at 3400 per drop test.

The Aquatrol only takes a T-5 cell.

Your cell is 5 years old and I suspect that it is bad.

You can have it tested at a store that tests cells.
