Hayward SwimPure Plus Control Board not working (I think?).

I just replaced the T-Cell 15 on my Hayward Salt System. At first, the board read r 1.59 with the power light on and the red no flow light on. I waited a couple of hours then pressed and held the small button. All lights came on and the small screen read pcb. The reason this whole thing started was that I shut off the filter during hurricane Irma. When I turned it back on I got a salt reading of 1900. I added salt and the reading went up to 4400. Now I'm thinking the whole system is shot. However, I read about replacing some parts yourself on the control board. So, I'm looking for help to troubleshoot and repair, if necessary, my Hayward SwimPure Plus (AQR-SWP) Salt System. Any help and advice would be greatly appreciated. TIA.

UPDATE: Power light is on but no flow light is red. I know the water is flowing so why the red light ?

From the manual for your SWCG listed in your signature -

The Aqua Rite has sensed a no flow condition and has stopped generating chlorine.
Check that the flow switch is plugged into the connector on the bottom of the control
unit and that the wire is not cut or damaged.
Make sure you have at least 12" of straight
pipe before the flow switch. If there is adequate flow and the LED is still on, check that
the arrows on the flow switch (on top of hex) are pointing in the direction of flow.

Welcome to TFP!

To test if the flow switch is bad a modified phone cord is the easiest way to test the switch. The phone cord needs one end removed and the two middle wires shorted out together. Phone cords have two or four wires and only the two middle wires need to be connected together. Plug the cord in where the flow switch cord plugs in and see if the flow light returns to normal. If it does then the switch needs to be replaced.
