My Hayward swg glx has power but nothing comes on,can someone tell me how to troubleshoot it.

I found so far the little 20 amp fuse seams to be blown,not getting a value reading.
Replace the fuse,if it don't blow check my reading that may tell what the problem is and also I have printed What tests to run with my multimeter.

I just replaced the little 20 amp fuse and my salt reading says 3.20 What do I do now?

Somehow the board got changed to metric.
Go to temperature and move the switch from auto to superchlorinate and back to auto to change from metric to Fahrenheit.
Usually, it means that the display board needs to be reset.
You can pull it off and reinstall it to reset.
Then, power up and check all diagnostic readings by pressing the little black button.

Thank you,I did as you said and all is up and running as it should.There has to be a reason that fuse blew.I am quite mechanically inclined.I replaced the thermistor a few years ago and it is solid.

Ok, that looks good. I suspect that the current was a transient spike for some reason. Maybe a salt spike if salt was added with the cell on and salt got sucked into a main drain.
Ok,thanks,I was out of town for 12 days and prior to that I did add some salt.I did add some salt prior to that time because we have had a lot of rain.I will keep an eye on it.Again thanks so much for your help.

It has been running fine now for 24 hours.Still there is a reason that 20 amp fuse blew.
Yes, several days before the fuse blew,Strange I been adding salt that way for 8 years.Guess I better change how I do that.
If the main drain is open and a big slug of salt gets sucked up, it might spike the amperage in the box if the cell is on.
