Hayward pool pump sparking

Hello. I have a Hayward SP2610X15 Super Pump 1.5 HP Pool Pump
that is about 4 years old. It sparks when turned on and trips the breaker. It sparks by the start capacitor so I replaced it carefully but the same issue results.
The shaft turns so it is not locked up. I have pulled the back cover off several times and cannot any loose wiring.

Do you have a picture of the wiring and a video of the pump starting?

Have you checked for loose wires or loose components or nicks in the wiring?

Have you checked the voltage line to line?
