Hayward Pool Light Goes Dim

I have a Hayward color logic led light, 14 volt, 60hz, 75watt. Its been installed for over two years and when i turned on the light the other day it came on then went dim? I've checked all electrical and the transformer reads 12volts ac, i know the light says its 14volts and has worked at that voltage for over two years.
Now I'll turn on the switch and the light will work for maybe 30 seconds then dim and will go dark, i'm not sure whats the issues are or how to fix this issue.

Most likely the driver circuit in the bulb died, have you tried a new bulb?

The key is going to be the voltage at the light. If you have 12 volts at the transformer and the light cord is over 50' you may have a transformer problem.

Have you checked the voltage at the light, if voltage is normal then most likely the driver circuit built into the bulb is going bad,

The light itself is fine. It worked just before i changed my main board from a aqualogic board to a prologic board. It must be something to do with that. Or maybe a bad ground somewhere.
I have a few things to check but i highly doubt the light itself is bad.
The light turns on at full strength and dims after a few seconds.
