Hayward Omnilogic with PAL Lighting

Hi,

Does anyone know if the PAL-2L pool lights on the PAL Commander PCR-8A can be controlled via Hayward Omnilogic? (ie. turn the lights on/off and direct color change?) Right now, there is a separate RF remote to control them.

Hello David - The Hayward HL-BASE OmniLogic is equipped with four high-voltage relays of which one can be used to control power to 120 VAC line-voltage light or 120VAC to a transformer connected to low voltage lights. So the OmniLogic can turn the PAL lights on and off. The different colors can be controlled by turning the power off and on quickly.
