Hello All -

I've been having a pesky issue where the Omni-logic keeps saying I need to clean it. I've tried to do the reset using the diagnostics on Omni but it never seems to take. I get these in batches it'll stop for a few days then continue, and even clear on it's own. Really weird.

My observation is that the Cell Maintenance Timer is always on 0.00.

Is yours on 00.00?

Reset Cell Maintenance Timer - To maintain maximum performance, it is recommended that you open and visually inspect the chlorinator cell every 3 months or after cleaning your filter.

The OmniLogic will remind you to do this by displaying a message to clean and inspect the cell after approximately 500 hours of operation. You can restart the timer by touching this button.

Chlorinator Diagnostics - Touch this button to view diagnostics, set average salt, change polarity, and to reset the cell timer.

Reset Cell Maintenance Timer - Touch to restart the timer.

See what Hayward can tell you.
