We have not been able to internet connect to Hayward OmniLogic server for over a few days now. I’ve gone thru all the usual shutdown power cycle and reset procedures and reconnecting to the router etc. as well as network router power reset refreshes. etc. I see the OmniLogic device IP address connected to my router on the router side but no internet connection on the OmniLogic Hub side. While the hub shows no antenna , I do see all the local routers and signal strengths. Also, the OmniLogic hub is very slow and sluggish. All my firmware is up to date.

Any advice is appreciated. So far, Hayward’s tech support has not been helpful. They only suggest the same things I’ve already tried.

Do you have OmniLogic or Omni Hub hardware?

What Wifi router and network do you have? Is it a mesh network?

Show us what you see on your Omni Hub for no antenna.

@ChrisABS may have ideas.

I have an Orbi mesh system. OmniLogic hardware.

BUT

I finally got it to work after trying to switch from a dynamic to static IP address. While that failed to take it seems that the act of tyring that reset something in the hardware that kicked it back into action. It immediately started responding after the static IP try failed and began working again in dynamic mode without changing the IP address. OR coincidentally, Hayward did something on their end with the MSP ID …

Orbi Mesh, OmniLogic I think. This except it was connected when I looked at connected devices on router.

The SSID being — indicates it was not connected to your network.

Like it was not setup with the correct SSID and password.
