Hayward Omnilogic / Colorlogic 4.0 issue

I have had my Colorlogic 4.0 lights connected for 2 years with my Omnilogic system and just recently found out that I should have 10 fixed light colors and 7 light shows. I have always had 5 fixed colors only with the 7 shows. E-mailed Hayward and have had several e-mails back and forth and in the end was told to call a service person. No help!. I found in my setup that I could tell the system that I had 4.0 light type, however when I choose that setting it will not save it. It just reverts back to my original setup.

Anyone else have this issue? I am sure it is some kind of programming issue but I have not figured it out and Hayward was no help.

I suggest you call them again and ask to speak to someone different. They might have a different answer or idea. This may bump your question so some here sees it and might know the answer as well.
