Hayward Omni PL

So after a ton of research I have discovered the equipment installed by my pool builder is not sufficient for my pool. Specifically the fact it only has spots to control 2 actuators which would cycle between pool/spa. I also want to add actuators to my waterfall and bubbler so I ended up ordering the Omni PL to accommodate this.

With the OmniHub that I have now I have smart relays for lights and UV Sanitizer ... I'm reading the Omni PL has 4 high voltage relays built in...are these the same as the smart relays in that I do not need the smart relays anymore?

Yes...the built in High voltage relays can be used to control your lights and UV sanitizer. It has the ability to add 2 more standard high voltage relays and 2 "smart relays"....so you can still use the ones you have, if they are part # HLH485RELAY, which I suspect they are. If that is the case it might make the wiring easier to leave the current smart relays in place and hook them to the OmniPL panel instead of the OmniHub.
