Hayward model confusion

Hey guys, I have a Hayward sw15043d. I see that the cartridge that was installed by prior homeowners is a 100 sqft model. Hayward says this could be either 100, 150, 175 or 200 sqft filter. How do I know which one to buy?

Typically you measure the filter, height, diameter, etc, and match filters that way. Pleatco makes good aftermarket filters.
