Hi,
I'm trying to connect a Hayward HeatPro model HP21404T to our Omnihub. Everything I tried failed. I just went through the menu and find an Aff option and set that to P_S. Then config the Omnihub to add the Heater but can't control the heater through it.
Any advice will be really appreciate it.

First show us pics of how the HeatPro is wired to the Omnihub.

Sorry I'm not at the location right now. But, it is connected from PS pins on the the HPEC-003 heater's board to LV1 on the OmniHub.

What is different in this board is that P-S pins are labeled bo-HE instead.

Regards,
Ramon

Using your multimeter test if LV1 is closing when you call for heat on the Omnihub.

Thanks I'll check and let you know. But I think my problem is in the Heaterf config. I followed manual intructions but I'm not able to set P_S to E(External). Heater Main Menu only shows POL,SPA,and F_C. There is another menu when you keep pressing set key and press + key till 50 is displayed on screen. Then you can access a submenu under Aff, which provides you POL, SPA, and P_S. There is where I'm stuck right now.
