Hey everyone, Ive been wrestling with the gas and electric requirements for getting this heater up and running all summer and finally got it put together and up to code to find an ignition failure problem. I am guessing that I have insufficient gas supply as the line they ran had to go around the house about 70ft. its inch and a quarter diameter, so should deliver enough, I just wonder if theres air in there I need to run out or something? Anyone have any ideas how to figure this out? I've got the valves all open.

Your gas line should be measured at the heater to determine if it can supply enough gas for the heater. Was that done?

You need to get a gas guy to safely purge the air from the gas line. Otherwise it can take many start cycles before the air is purged and gas is flowing.
