Hayward Heat Pump Summit XL

I have a newer Hayward heat pump that is stuck in Pool mode. Which means it does not go past 95 degrees.
1. I tried to power it off for 5 minutes
2. I tried the "old reboot" for communication way. press set select - Loc appears, press up arrow until 50 appears, press set/select until P_S appears, press up button until E appears.

Does anyone have a new reboot?

How new is your heat pump?

Did the HP ever properly run in SPA mode?

Is the HP connected to automation or remote control?

Have you contacted Hayward’s Technical Service Department at 908-355-7995?
