Hayward heat pump- error code

We just opened for our third season and we are getting error code F5 on pump. Its something related to temperature setting. Is this an easy fix? Any videos to help? Its a summit xl

The F5 code seems to be related to the HP being in defrost mode.

The F5 code is different then the 5F code which is a bad temperature sensor.
