I had an error message on the display "no cell power" to the chlorinator. I looked at the back of the PCB G1-011049-f1 and saw darken solder joint on the top right hand relay. I order the relay and replaced it. After re-assembling I only hear a click and can no longer see anything on the display unit. Any ideas? I took pictures and marked all wires prior to removal. what can now cause the display to not turn on?

Welcome to TFP.

Check that the display board is properly seated. It can easily be installed a slot off.

Can you show a picture of the board and wiring?

Check for 120 volts at the control power wiring block just below the circuit board on the right.

I do hear a click when i turn on the power to the board. it sounds like its coming from the relay i replaced. There are several Hayward PCB repairers on ebay, any recommendations?
