Hayward Colorlogic Alternative replacement ?

I had a new IGSW vinyl pool put in about 2 years ago and they installed a Hayward Colorlogic LED light... simple switch activated. Light worked fine for the past 2 summers until a few weeks ago when I would see it flicker for second once in a while. Then last week when I went to turn it on - it either went white for a second and then flickered rapidly for another second and then shut off completely, or just wouldn't light at all. Reset circuit breaker, waited an hour or two and same result, just flicker right from the start for a second and shut right off or not turn on at all.

I checked all connections tight, also checked transformer and see 115V coming in when switched on, and constant 14v on the low voltage light side leading to the light.

From what I've read online and the forum now - sounds like these units are known to be pretty horrible when it comes to reliability. What alternatives do I have for a direct replacement that can use the same Niche that was installed with the original Colorlogic ? Are there any alternatives that last longer and cost less than these ?

Thanks !

update - my pool builder was able to swap out the unit for me free of charge and so far so good.. said they have seen these go bad way too often.. not sure if it the new replacements are any better, but at least it bought me some time to look around for a replacement that will also fit the small hayward niche that is in the pool.
