Shout out to Hayward customer service!!!
my ColorLogic LED 4.0 light died after 18mo…… received the replacement today…..
not that there weren’t some hoops, they initially asked me to make an appointment with a certified service tech, which involved an upfront payment and them replacing the light….…. After a very reasonable discussion with the Hayward Rep, acknowledging that there are no servicable parts… she went ahead and authorized a replacement….
the customer service rep was very reasonable …..
just wanted to point this out….. if we are going to slag these companies when they don’t perform, we should absolutely acknowledge them when they do And while i am not thrilled the light went out….. they took care of it within a few days!!
