Hayward Salt Generator approximately 6 years old. I was not reading any chlorine on my samples but the display on Hayward Aqua Rite showed salt level at 2800 ppm. The display also does not show any lights for the "On" or "Generating". The "No Flow" light comes on flashing for approximately 30 seconds and goes out. I replaced the main circuit board and retested water. All levels show well within range with salt level being 3150 ppm but the display is still showing 2800 ppm. I see bubbles coming out the jets so I assume it is generating chlorine. Could the display board be out as well?? I am not sure how to test the display board. If the Salt Cell was not working am I correct in thinking that it has NOTHING to do with the lights being on in the control box??
