hayward aqua plus wrong salt reading

I have a hayward aqua plus controller which is not showing the proper salt levels; however, when I bring a water sample in the pool store - my salt level is correct. The controller is about 2000 PPM off so it is never producing chlorine. I have tried a new salt cell but the same result.

Anyone experience this?

That is correct, I have also tried another model just to confirm it wasn't the cell but the same issue showed.

Attached is the board, I did not see any noticeable issue like shown on other boards. Am I overlooking anything?

Here is a picture of it. I do not have physical access to it though. I assume this is genuine? I have not tried another test kit.

You need to be really sure about the actual salinity.

You need to test the salinity two more ways, including a K-1766 salt test.

In my opinion, the salinity is low or the cell is failing.

Bring a water sample and the cell to a store that tests cells and have them test the cell and the salinity.

We recommend that a SWG cell be 2X your pool volume.

A T-3 cell has 40% the capacity of the T-15 cell you have.
