Hayward 3200SP swap to Hayward Tristar VS

Good Morning,

I am swapping out my Hayward pool pumps today - unfortunately, the 18 gauge wires do not transfer over easily.

There’s a red and white pair that was on my 3200 so that went to “data-combus”. Red went to #7, and white went to #8.

The new pump doesn’t have anything that looks similar to that in the connections.

Any ideas?

Disconnect the wires to the terminal block labeled 1234 in the Tristar pump and connect the wires running to your Omni controller.

You can try just connecting your two wires to A and B. If it does not work then you may need to run a third green wire to 4- COM.
