Hayward 2004 built H400IDL2 SF error code Battle

Hi experts,

I have SF code on my pool heater and have done this so far but error code is not going away.

1. Replaced thermistor FDXLTER1930 twice thinking maybe a wrong thermistor.
2. Disconnect/Connect limit switches.
3. Disconnect/Connect PCB wires.

Want to do hard reset of PCB to remove any memory but dont know other than turning off/on.

Looking for and expert help on option on what should be a next step to remove error code.

What is the full model number of your H400 heater?

There is no memory. The error code will go away when you fix the underlying problem.

Did you check carefully that no rodents partied in your heater?

Its H400IDL2, just updated the title with full model number.

No opened both panels from front and no sing of any wire damages.

I have the same heater from about 2006. Haven't run into that code yet, but if sensor reads good (sensor has 2 thermisters that should read within 5 degrees of each other) this troubleshooting guide states to replace the control board http://www.haywardnet.com/pdfs/uhs-heater-troubleshooting-guide.pdf on page 37. Thanks Swamprat, used the hayward guide and replaced PCB. No codes anymore.
