Has anyone used Old-Dutch multi-purpose bleach? What is the % of it?

According to the product's SDS, it is 1-3%. Very weak.

Bleach tablets meant for toilets are usually di-chlor and a cocktail of various other chemicals. Definitely not to be used in pools.
