Here’s what happened… I had the feet resting on bricks. And during the fill, one of them slipped. Missed the brick entirely. By time I saw it (next morning) there was too much water to adjust.Repeat after me :
Don't drop the bucket.
Also, how far out of level are you ? I thought a previous pic was playing tricks on me but this one above has the top rail bowed also.

The problem is that it needs the chlorine to bring the iron out of solution so it can be filtered.Anyone want to point me to an article for people who fill using rust-heavy wells -
This makes my heart happy!
The Pentek Blue Filters appear to be something I should read more into - that might be a step in the right direction. The problem is that it needs the chlorine to bring the iron out of solution so it can be filtered.
There is an article 'iron in you fill water' in the TFP Wiki towards the bottom of any forum page and in the left sidebar. There's LOTs of relevant reading there for you in your spare time.
But thats not the same as the SLAM Target range, correct?Yes add fc. Never let it get below bottom of target range…
Correct. Slam is adjust to a target, not a target range. But thats not the same as the SLAM Target range, correct?
Yes. But 7 is likely too low. 7-3 = 4, which is below minimum by tomorrow at this time.To go from 2.5 --> 7.0, with 12.5%, I need to add 23 Oz. Sound right?
