I think the jandy valve underneath is at fault , maybe (i think it was a jandy but i forget which exactly, and im sure i cant just run out to lowes to find one same day).. any thoughts on a quick fix that may not be obvious, sounds like i gotta saw and cut this up and reattach a whole new one, its been so long i forget the parts involved, i think the actuator itself is the expensive bit. I'm assuming i just unscrew it from the top to get the valve.

I dont know if this is the same valve or compatible:

I think the oem was this (Jandy 4717 3-Port 2 to 2-1/2-Inch Positive Seal NeverLube Valve?)
Amazon.com
This jandy is slow shipping and not found locally (USA), not sure if can trust the first oem replacement one

Or, its the hayward 3 way valve psv3s (same as the jandy?)

EDIT:
actually i found it .. its this, at least according to my amazon order in 2018

Amazon.com
the psv3s2 cpvc,

question being, if this other brand or the jandy 4717 will work instead

Update, seems the o ring was twisted a bit, i was able to adjust and reuse and it wasnt cracked, ordered an o ring kit to be safe

The actuator has no water going thru it - only 24v electric to turn the valve below it.

The handle on top of the actuator is not a Jandy branded handle. It would be in your best interests to remove the actuator and determine the exact brand of diverter valve you have.

Most diverter valves have 2 O-rings on the shaft and 1 O-ring on the cover. You can find the O-ring kit at a local pool store or elsewhere, once you determine the brand of diverter valve you have.
