Guys, I need help with inground gunite 8x8 spa jets

Have a new spa, installer said see ya in October I’m slammed. Some jets blow more air, some more water. One all water blow you away. Is there an online resource for how to adjust these to even out or adding spinners, etc?

everything works fine, but I took a spinner off that quit spinning and the pressure on that jet obviously blew the bearing apart after two months. Replaced with a straight jet.

If you have adjustable jets make sure they are all open all the way. You may need to bleed out some air. This video might help: 5 Common Hot Tub Issues and Solutions - YouTube

Sounds like you have Waterway Jets, you might google their main website and call support. You should have some kind of documentation on what the builder used so you can get support
