There is no way my pump is putting out more the 70gpm right? My new heat pump is 70gpm max or I have to plumb in a bypass.

**The following is what I started to write before I realized I'm probably fine. Please verify I'm gonna be ok. ;)

I don't think there is an easy answer for this without some test equipment that I don't have. So I would like to see if we could guess my GPM.

The info for the pool and pump are listed in my sig. It's a pretty basic install probably the total run of pipe from intake to return is 12' long by 4' in height. Then I do run a Poolskim that probably hogs a decent amount of gpm.

The pump puts out 200gpm with zero head pressure.
Heres is the head loss curve (or whatever ya call it!) http://ecoaquapro.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/03/160319-Purflow-Pump-Above-Ground-Aquapro.pdf

10 PSI means there is 23' of head after the filter. Most the head loss in an AG pool is after the filter so before the filter might be 5' of head or 28' total. But even at 30' of head the flow rate for the 2 HP is much more than 70 GPM.

But on low speed it will be much lower than 70 gpm.

It doesn't show that. Look at the 2 HP high speed curve that is on the very top.

Low speed will have 1/2 the flow rate and 1/4th the head loss as high speed.
