Grrrr...went away for a week...now GREEN

Thanks to this fantastic site, I've kept my pool pristine all summer. Then I went away for a week. And the pump was left off. Ugh. Now I have this green monster.
Results:

FC 0
PH 8.5
CYA 20

I am following Pool Math with stabilizer in a sock, etc...added Chlorine.

And of course I have people coming on Monday. To swim. Any other suggestions? Thanks in advance.

Did you lower your pH to 7.2?

If you add chlorine every hour or two and brush brush brush you might be OK to swim by Monday. Just needs to be clear enough to see the bottom of the pool.

I added 4 gals of chlorine as prescribed by Pool Math. How much more should I be adding? I added Muriatic Acid.

Test your FC at least 3-4 times per day and every couple hours if you can. Add chlorine to get back to your SLAM level FC.

Should I leave the cover off?

Yes, at least during the day. It needs to be off to let the CC dissipate.

Good. Stay at it. Watch your filter pressure. When it rises by 25% over clean pressure, clean the filters.

Unfortunately, the pressure gauge has never worked on my filter. I clean the filters regularly just for that reason. Should I leave the pump on overnight?

Replace the filter gauge. See Pressure Gauge Glycerin filled 2.5" Bottom Mount

Pump should be left on 24/7 during a SLAM.

I've replaced the gauge twice and I still can't get it to read anything. We are too far away from any pool companies. I am the designated "pool pump expert" but the gauge has stymied me.

Post a picture of it. Should be a standard gauge. The one I linked to is a quality gauge. If you need testing reagents, you can get those at the same time.
