Hi I have a 30000 gallon pool the old liner has been removed and they have a well point going and 4 sump pumps but can’t stop the ground water in 4 holes in the bottom. The pool company says they aren’t coming back until it dries. I don’t see this happening. Is there something I can do to stop the leak through the holes

Nope, not unless you know the source of the ground water. You can’t control nature.

I replaced the liner in my 20k gallon pool myself a few years ago and had to contend with significant groundwater as well. My property borders a canal and the pool is only set back about 25ft from said canal. For reference, when I allowed the groundwater to enter the pool uninhibited, it would only equalize once it had filled the pool to about 4 1/2 ft. Assuming you have a main drain, you may be able to do what I did.
In order to do work each day (I was making some concrete repairs as well as installing a new liner, so I routinely needed the pool to be empty) I lined the pool pump inlet up to the main drain only, discharge to waste, and used it to pull suction on the groundwater. This was achieved by having removed the plug from the bottom of the main drain cavity and putting a small metal bowl over the main drain itself. It would run for some time evacuating the groundwater at a rapid pace and simply run dry when complete. This would buy me some time before the groundwater inevitably seeped back, at which point I would simply run the pump again. At the completion of work each day, I would simply allow the groundwater to fill the pool again for fear that capping off the main drain might cause the pool to get damaged from the hydrostatic pressure.
