Green won't go away!

Day two is just getting started. If you are following the SLAM procedure, you shouldn't be adjusting pH or TA. Adding DE is for later in the process when you are trying to clear dead Algae, and dead Algae is greyish/whiteish, not Green. If its Green, its still alive.

Too soon to panic.

If there's any organic debris lurking in the depths, that will slow things down. Vacuum blind if you have to. And brush brush brush to scrape off the slimy biofilm that protects the algae core from the bleach so it can be killed.

There's also a slim possibility that some of the coloration is due to Iron in the water since you fill from a well. That, too, may filter out if it's precipitating due to the high FC levels.
