Will do, re CYA!With your cya low like it is your swcg will struggle.
After the slam (passing all 3 end of slam criteria) raise the cya to around 70.
If you can’t find a way to keep the run off dirt/organic material out of the pool when it rains you are fighting a losing battle with clarity.
Does your bot have pleated or ultra fine filters?
Also check your cartridge filter pressure & clean it as needed. How are you running your pump (speed/time)?
Yes, I do notice that it does move and function properly!Does the pressure gauge move at different speeds? (Eg it’s a working gauge?)
As mentioned above by @mknauss and @Mdragger88, did you read the SLAM process and maintain a FC level of 12? Your CYA is 30 and your SLAM level is 40% of your CYA, i.e. 12ppm of FC. You have to watch it and add FC every few hours if needed to KEEP it at 12ppm. If it's not working I have to wonder if your CYA is truly 30 or higher. The SLAM process can take several days to remedy your situation so please be patient. It’s been over 12 hours of running the pump, vacuum and the FC is 8. Still can’t see to the bottom
Of the pool. What should I be doing differently??
