A few weeks ago my chlorine level got down to zero or one and I had some algae start to grow in the corners. I brushed it off and got the chlorine level back to normal. Since then I i’ve kept the chlorine level between 2 to 4. I noticed this morning that there’s still some new algae in the corners again. Not sure how it’s growing with normal chlorine levels. Any recommendations on how to deal with it?

If you CYA level is 20 the minimum FC is 2 with a target of 3-5 but that's not recommended and FC of 2 or 3 is risky. If you FC was down to 2, that's probably why you have algae. See the FC/CYA chart.
