Ok, it's a bit better, but its not gone. I brush it daily and shock twice a day. The FC never false below 10 and I get it up to 16 win shocking.

As you know, the shocking process is a process and at no point in the process do you "shock" your pool (unless you are referring to the whole process including finishing algae free). Semantics maybe, but significant here since I get a minimum FC level of 13 ppm from the poolcalculator for your 30 ppm cya level. Treat that 13 as a minimum, never go below. This will make the process more efficient/effective. When you drop below you minimum, you may not be keeping up with the reproduction of algae anymore. So saying "shock twice a day" means you are roller coastering and sometimes you are below the minimum. If you can test and dose only twice a day, make sure you target a higher FC level, so that it will not drop below 13 ppm before you get back to the pool.

I can add bleach around 7am and anytime after 3pm during the week. It's getting expensive now with all the bleach.
