I wonder about that little black rubber piece on the left side of the pressure gauge.
Occasionally i see a few drops as those coming from the ring that holds the black unit on top of the filter, toward the right of the filter.
 
I tightened the ring at the top of the filter. It felt pretty loose and water was coming out of the there occasionally on initial powering up of the pump at 100% ...
 
Closed the pool! Well, paid to have someone close it. I am not sure about doing this part myself yet and I don't have one of those tornado blowers to clear the lines. I understand the principle and have read a tone of good threads on here, just not that confident in this yet.
Happy resting for the pump.

No Chlorine (maybe 0.5; added 3 gallons 13% bleach), No Cya (added a good cup), only 1200 salt (added 40 lbs).

Pumped to waste, brush, and on we go.

Added another 40 lbs of salt. May need another one of those. Waiting to see.. going slow on the salt.
