Howdy, I have a vinyl pool and had been noticing streaks of a gooey substance on my vinyl in the corners of the shallow end of the pool. I noticed it last year but couldn't figure out what caused it. This this year I realized it was the gooey stuff from my pool wheels degrading on my Hayward The Pool Cleaner and transferring it to the vinyl when it would get stuck in the corners. I just changed the wheels so that should all be good, besides for having my hands all covered in the gooey Crud. My question is, how should I remove this gooey substance from my vinyl pool? I can scrape it off a very little at a time with my fingernails.
