Going Up ;) 42" to be exact

So our at-a-glance AGP pool history: we've went from 2016 8'x30" inflatable ring to 2017 15'x33" Frame to 2019 15'x42" frame.

Taking down the 33" (it got rehomed), we had a gorgeous 80F day, it was perfect!

It is the Intex pool light! (It is LED and very very bright, we bought 2, but only need 1! Lol)

So we have 2 pinholes in our BRAND NEW pool ?

We patched them, but the temps in KS are very cool (not typical). The lower one is seeping, any ideas?

Leaks suck! I assume the patch has adhered well and cannot be removed. You could try smearing more glue just around the outside edge of the patch. It should fill the tiny void that is leaking.

Just FWIW, we definitely recommend Summer Waves over BestWay pools, just saying we had 2 with no leaks... ever.

I had a Bestway once and i also had a couple pin holes. Had to smear the glue around the edge. It worked but found I need to touch it up a couple times a yr.

what type of glue are you using. i was able to seal up a couple of pinholes in my liner last year that were on the bottom of the pool. i used this Amazon.com: Swimming Pool Vinyl Liner Repair Adhesive (For Below and above Waterline Repairs): Gateway was able to do the repairs underwater. never had another leak.

Thank you for this! We'll do that once we can get in it, it's frigid here, rofl (which we think is part of the adhesive problem)

We're about 2 hrs SW of KC

The water is not quite 60F here, but we just filled the new pool, I'm sure if it would have been up on those nice days we had, it would be warmer.

So we'd drained the pool to repair those leaks... And got free water refill from all the rain! (well torrential downpours is more accurate)

Haven't tested or added chem's yet in the new pool (water temps haven't gotten over 60, seriously!!)... It's not technically roulette based on temps, and I don't really want to run money down the drain, budget pool owner here Plus I have TFP

That being said.... I will be testing PH (vinyl!) & adding some FC today before the next wave of precipitation moves through in a day or two!
